Can I be delivered at an airport, a hotel or in another city?
Yes, in the cities listed on the site. You give the exact place at the next step. Delivery fees are fixed and already included in your total.
When do I pay?
At vehicle handover, when the contract is signed. There is no online payment.
Is the price shown final?
Yes. It is the daily rate × number of days, plus delivery and any extras you choose.
What if the car is no longer available?
Our agent validates your reservation on WhatsApp. If the car you chose is already taken, they offer you a similar one.
What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence.
What about insurance and the deposit?
Comprehensive insurance is included. The refundable deposit, shown on each car, is taken at handover in cash or by card pre-authorisation.
